Culver City National Little League

WHO IS ELIGIBLE:

Culver City National Little League welcomes boys and girls from the ages of five to fourteen as determined on April 30, 2008 for baseball and December 31, 2007 for softball. You can use the links below to help you determine your player's "league age."

In order to play for CCNLL, our national Little League Headquarters mandates that you must live within the following geographical boundaries:

Western Boundary - 405 freeway between Green Valley Circle and 10 freeway.†
Northern Boundary - 10 freeway from 405 to Overland Ave.†
Eastern Boundary - Overland Ave. including Culver Crest and Fox Hills.†
Southern Boundary - Canterbury/Green Valley Circle to 405 freeway.

Please note that for Softball, the boundaries cover a much wider area as it also covers Culver City Little League's area. A map of the CCNLL area for Baseball and Softball will be available at Registration. For a map outlining the boundaries for Baseball, follow this link.

HOW TO REGISTER:

Please fill out THREE copies of the Registration Form for each player you wish to enroll (click here to print the Registration Form - pdf reader required, click here for Adobe Reader's free download). Submit the three copies at one of our Registration sessions, along with proof of residency, a copy of your child's birth certificate, and your registration fee (see below for full details). If you don't have copy of your child's birth certificate, Little League International recommends VitalChek as a quick and easy way to purchase a copy online. You can find them here: www.vitalchek.com.

PROOF OF RESIDENCY: You must present proof of residency using one document from any of the categories listed below:

Driver’s License
Voter’s Registration
School Records
Welfare/Child care records
Federal Records
State Records
Local (municipal) records
Support payment records
Homeowner or tenant records
Utility Bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records
Insurance documents
Medical records
Military records
Internet, cable or satellite records
Vehicle records.

FEES:

Registration Fees are as follows:

For children ages 7-14, 1st Child: $175;
one sibling: $145;
each additional sibling: $115.
For children ages 5-6,T-ball Division, the fee will be discounted $10 per child.

Registration fees are payable at the time of registration.

REGISTRATION DATES:

November 7, 2007, 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm at Vet's Park Rotunda (early signup discount: $20 off for each player)
January 5, 2008, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at Vet's Park Rotunda

LATE REGISTRATION:

If you missed both registrations, you can still submit your application and registration fees in either of two ways:
